Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
